Playing Racetrack Roulette

Cantor Casino's Racetrack Roulette is undoubtedly one of the very best Roulette games available anywhere. It features the very favourable La Partage rule, plays beautifully, and looks great. And since it has only a single Zero, it has a much lower house edge than American-style Roulette, which has both single and double Zeros.

The aim of Roulette is to bet on the number that the Roulette ball will come to rest on after the wheel is spun. The Roulette wheel has 37 numbers, from 0 to 36. You can bet on any of these numbers by betting on the numbers on the Roulette table (known as Inside Bets) or by betting on a range of numbers such as 1st 12, Even, Black or Odd (known as Outside Bets). Please note that Zero is a special number in Roulette: it is considered to be neither Red, Black, Even or Odd, so you cannot place an Outside bet on it. You may still place an Inside bet on Zero, however.

How to Play

To start playing Racetrack Roulette, simply click on a chip and place it on a square that you wish to bet upon. You can place multiple bets by clicking on more betting squares. Click SPIN when you're ready, and the Roulette wheel will then spin, and the Roulette ball will spin around it in the opposite direction. It them comes to rest on a number, which determines the outcome of the game.

Betting Limits

The Inside Min bet:
The Inside Min bet limit applies to each inside bet position. If you attempt to wager less than the minimum amount for that bet position, the minimum wager will automatically be placed, if you have sufficient funds to cover that bet.

The Inside Max bet:
The Inside Max bet limit applies to each number covered by a wager. If a wager covers multiple numbers, such as a split bet, street bet, corner bet, or six line ( aka double street ), then the maximum bet is an aggregate of the numbers covered. The following table illustrates how the Inside Max bet is applied:

Bet Type  Numbers covered  Maximum Bet
Straight-up   1  Inside Max
Split  2  2 x Inside Max
Street  3  3 x Inside Max
Corner  4  4 x Inside Max
Six Line  6  6 x Inside Max

The Outside Min bet:
The Outside Min bet limit applies to each outside bet position. If you attempt to wager less than the minimum amount for that bet position, the minimum wager will automatically be placed, if you have sufficient funds to cover that bet.

The Outside Max bet:
The Outside Max bet limit applies to each outside bet position. If a wager covers multiple numbers, such as a split bet, street bet, corner bet, or six line ( aka double street ), then the maximum bet is an aggregate of the numbers covered. The following table illustrates how the Outside Max bet is applied:
